I don' t ever have to visit them.I really don' t care who makes what product, all I care about is a quality product that is there every time I hit the power switch. Every time.Most major cities, even around the world, has an apple store or an authorized reseller that can and will quickly fix any problem.

I don' t have to worry about my wifi driver stomping on the OS' s driver, or the camera driver working on the 'expensive/work' edition but not on all 7 OS releases: the OS works the same for all hardware, and things that work with it work with all versions.

How do you get your work-flow going if you have to click to close popups, and reboot a few times daily, and sometimes, it just doesn' t go?I was deathly afraid of trying to pantomime 'my laptop doesn' t seem to work, do you know where it can be fixed?' in a foreign language.The Mac Powerbook G4, above all, worked the same every single day. When I started traveling significantly in 2004, I needed a laptop that would fit slimly into a backpack, didn' t need a mess of additional cables and dongles, and would always work.Reliability is key.
